Rachel Hunter moment: “YES the guys are crazy!! Broome on the west coast petrified forrest. Amazing swim with the dolphins just north of Perth! Cuddle a kangaroo. Bondi beach suburb in Sydney AMAZING resturants food etc! Sharks!”

We had yummy breakfast at 2:30pm and the most amazing bruschetta on big pieces of bread slathered with pesto and topped with strips of tomato and feta cheese. Then since I’m a cookie monster at heart I just couldn’t walk out without the big M&M cookie.

David Arquette moment: “I have, but I was young. I’ll get Aussie friends to chime in. Walk from Bondi to Bronte (and further if you are up for it to Coogee)”

People kept saying, “oh you are so lucky you got to see the Sculptures by the Sea! It’s only here for two weeks a year.” There were some fun sculptures, like shoes that looked like they were made of sand. However, for me, climbing over all the nerdy tourists taking pictures of every item even remotely resembling art…is not that fun.

Jake Brown moment: “Stay at the Beach Road Hotel”

We ended up finding Jake because she heard his laugh outside a bar as we were wondering by. Next thing you know I’m watching a youtube video of Jake falling 65 feet onto a hardwood skate ramp, hitting so hard his shoes pop off his feet.
“So he’s done skating then, right?” I said.
Janae laughs, “Ang he just won another gold medal!”

Ben Schwerin, my well-traveled friend, always seems to send me to people who end up staying in my life no matter what country they are in, so when Ben said I should meet his friend Max Markson from Sydney I knew I had to get to it. Lucky for me Max happened to be in Melbourne with MC Hammer at the same time I was there for my quick stint.
